HCM Training for BPO and Shared Services Projects 'Advanced'

This thread is for those of you interested in the Challenges of Human Change Management inherent in outsourcing projects. The training will draw on classic and contemporary models and approaches to Human Change Management, but will also focus on the specific organizational transition changes unique to these projects. You will have had previous HCM experience or training. In particular we will use the Client Side/delivery Side model to examine how to manage people in both the Retained and Shared Services Organizations, and will not invest so much time in HCM basics.
