This is the thread for those of you working on SAP projects with a limited Knowledge of Human Change Management. The training will draw on classic models of Change Management and Leadership, as well as more recent approaches driven by organisations such as Prosci in the USA. In addition the the content will be aligned with both SAP's ASAP roll-out methodology and SAP's OCM approach so that SAP Human Change Managers can not only align their new skills with familiar project methodologies, but also articulate the 'case' for HCM in the language of internal an external customers.
