The demand currently around the globe is for specialist human change managers in support of IT and Outsourcing projects - rather than generalists.
The idea of the Change Management Training Cooperative is a win-win really - Stuart Hardy is a Cranfield University Certified Human Change Management trainer of over 20 years global experience. He will be offering 3 day trainings in Human Change Management for SAP implementations, and 3 Day trainings in HCM for BPO and Shared services projects at heavily reduced rates.

In addition the trainer rate will be fixed - so the more people get together for a training the cheaper it gets up to a maximum of 25 people per group.

A three day Program will cost Euro 3000 instead of the usual Euro 5000 - so this means if you manage to get 25 people together the cost per head will only be 120 Euros for 3 Days of cutting edge training...or for a group of 15 people - only 200 Euros. Ridiculously cost effecticve for training of this high standard.

These courses will be offered as two 'versions' one for those new to the topic, such as project leaders and transition managers, and one for those who have already got a HCM background and need to focus more on Project delivery.

So if you are currently working on projects, and you need further training but corporate training budgets are tight, then you could probably afford this yourself - or certainly 'twist your training managers arm'!

Please register your interest against the relevant posting that describes the particular program you are interested in. Once at least 10 people have registered an interest against a particular course we will pick a date and location to suit people a best we can.

So get signing up - register your interest - tell colleagues about the trainings - and watch the price come down. There is no commitment or risk at the interest stage!!

HCM Training for BPO and Shared Services Projects 'Advanced'

This thread is for those of you interested in the Challenges of Human Change Management inherent in outsourcing projects.

Once at least 10 people have registered an interest against a particular corse we will pick a date and location to suit people a best we can.

So get signing up - register your interest - tell colleagues about the trainings - and watch the price come down. There is no commitment or risk at the interest stage!!
